I collect only what I need to respond to your inquiry, and I keep it only as long as it's useful.
What I collect
When you fill out the contact form, I collect your name, email address, business name and website or public page if you share one, what you'd like help with, and what you're trying to accomplish.
How I use your information
I use this information to respond to your inquiry, send you a questionnaire based on your needs, and follow up with a plan and pricing.
I may use AI tools to help with business writing or analysis, but I remove names, contact details, and other identifying information from an inquiry before doing so unless we have discussed a specific use with you.
Who can see it
Your information goes into a private Google Sheet that only I can access. I don't share it with marketing tools, mailing lists, or other services.
How long I keep inquiries
I review inquiries periodically. If an inquiry does not lead to a project, I delete it within 12 months of our last exchange. If we work together, I may keep relevant project records for longer to manage our work and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
